WeeFixX 2K Umbrella Protect is a two-component, flexible polymer modified cementitious coating for the protection and waterproofing of concrete surfaces, balconies, terraces, bathrooms and swimming pools. It is used for waterproofing and protection of concrete structures, renders and cementitious screeds.

Suitable for bathrooms, showers, balconies, terraces and swimming pools before laying ceramic tile dressing, as well as waterproofing retaining walls and pre-cast concrete elements embedded in the ground. It provides robust protection of concrete surfaces which may come into contact with sea water, de-icing salts such as sodium or calcium chloride, and sulphates.

An economical and cost-effective waterproofing system delivering anti-carbonation, anti-efflorescence and no-shrinkage-crack protection.

Coverage

One 15 kg pack covers approximately 90 sq.ft at 2 mm thickness, depending on substrate smoothness and porosity. Component A: 10 kg powder. Component B: 5 litre jerry can.

Application Thickness

Apply in two coats at a recommended minimum thickness of 2 mm for full waterproofing performance. Allow each coat to set before applying the next layer.

Mixing Instructions

  • ●Pour Component B (liquid) into a clean container first
  • ●Slowly add Component A (powder) while stirring
  • ●Use a low-speed mechanical mixer to avoid air entrapment
  • ●Mix until a smooth, homogeneous paste is obtained
