The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this Agreement:

You agree that we may collect, store, and share the information provided by you in order to deliver the products and/or services availed by you on our Platform and/or contact you in relation to the same. This may include sharing information with third parties where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or pursuant to applicable court orders or regulatory requirements.

You agree to provide us with true, complete and up-to-date information about yourself as may be required for the purpose of completing the Transactions. This information includes but is not limited to:

• Personal details such as name, email address, phone number, and delivery address
• Age, gender, or any other information that we may deem necessary to fulfil the Transaction
• Accurate and valid payment information required for the transaction

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. Any inaccurate or misleading information may result in delays, cancellations, or termination of your access to the Platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using our Platform:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create databases without written permission
• Make unauthorized use of the Platform, including collecting user data for unsolicited communications
• Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the Platform
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including attempting to obtain sensitive information
• Make improper use of support services or submit false abuse reports
• Engage in automated use such as scripts, bots, data mining, or scraping tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or connected networks
• Impersonate another user or use another user's identity
• Use Platform information to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use the Platform to compete with us or for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Attempt to bypass Platform access restrictions or security measures
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents
• Copy or adapt Platform software, including HTML, JavaScript, PHP, or other code
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spam, or disruptive content
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm the Platform or our reputation
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

The User agrees that the sole and exclusive remedy available in the event of receiving a defective product, deficiency in service, or a product and/or service that does not match the description provided shall be limited to initiating the refund process in accordance with the refund terms under this Agreement. We expressly disclaim any liability for any losses beyond such refund.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant, its affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses incurred or sustained by reason of or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of the terms of this Agreement by the User.

We may provide areas on the Platform where Users can leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

• You must have firsthand experience with the person or entity being reviewed
• Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive, racist, hateful, or profane language
• Reviews must not include discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability
• Reviews must not contain references to illegal activities
• You must not be affiliated with competitors when posting negative reviews
• You must not make conclusions regarding the legality of any conduct
• You must not post false, misleading, or deceptive statements
• You must not organize or participate in campaigns encouraging coordinated reviews, whether positive or negative

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, or remove reviews at any time and for any reason. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, display, perform, and transmit the content of such reviews in any media or format.

• These Terms, their subject matter, and formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and we agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their breach, termination, or invalidity ("Dispute"), shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
• Within thirty (30) days of issuance of a notice of Dispute, the parties shall mutually agree upon the appointment of a sole arbitrator. If no agreement is reached within such period, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The seat of arbitration shall be India, the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitration shall be confidential. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on all parties.
• Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from the competent courts in Bengaluru. The costs of arbitration shall be borne as determined by the arbitrator, subject to the arbitral award.

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints relating to any product or service availed on the Platform or pertaining to a Transaction, including but not limited to double debit, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or refund requests, you may contact us through the grievance mechanism provided on the Platform.

• Upon initiating a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the purchase of products and/or services. You agree to pay the listed price using legitimate funds and accepted Payment Instruments and to provide accurate payment details.
• Information provided by you may be used or shared with third parties where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or pursuant to court orders. We expressly disclaim liability arising from any unauthorized use of a User's Payment Instrument.
• All payments made by you are at your own risk and discretion. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from declined authorizations, technical failures, system errors, or fraudulent activities.
• Any user identification codes, passwords, order IDs, or security credentials provided to you must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
• The content on the Platform is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, error-free, or free from viruses. You are responsible for configuring your systems and using appropriate virus protection software.
