Coverage is based on smoothness and evenness of the substrate, size of blocks used and the thickness of mortar used. A Coverage of 40 kg is 130 to 150 sqft in 3mm thickness when used with AAC blocks of 600mm x 200mm x 100 mm size.

Shelf Life

Factory packaged bags of Block Joining Mortar carries a shelf life of 12 months, if stored in cool and dry place. However as temperature,humidity, water addition and other parameters vary from site to site.

Application Notes

  • ●Mix 3.5 parts powder to 1 part water
  • ●Use 6×6mm notched trowel for 3mm min bed
  • ●Allow 24 hours full set before grouting
  • ●Light foot traffic possible at 16–24 hours
