Performance

WeeFixX Latex Bond is a modified styrene butadiene liquid emulsion that works as a ready-to-use bonding agent for repairing spalled concrete floors, columns, beams and slabs. Its bonding capabilities also work well when bonding old concrete and mortar to new layers of concrete and mortar.

It also works as a waterproofing agent for bathrooms, roofs, underground concrete tanks, walkways and terraces by providing a damp-resistant, anti-carbonation coating to the structures.

Dosage

Use 10 litres of WeeFixX Latex Bond per 50 kg bag of cement for optimal performance. Available in 1 kg and 5 kg pack sizes to suit small repair jobs and large-scale projects alike.

Mixing Instructions

  • Charge mixer with required sand and cement — mix 1–2 min
  • Add WeeFixX SBR Latex Bond per recommended dosage
  • Mix with forced action or heavy duty handheld mixer for 2–3 min
  • Slowly add water until the required consistency is achieved
