Performance

Weefixx Polymer Tile Grout is a pre-packed tile grout formulated with high-quality Portland cement, selected pigments and special aggregates. This single-component product is used to fill joints of various types of tiles such as ceramic, vitrified, mosaic etc.

This non-shrink, colour-fast and sag-resistant tile grout is suitable for both internal and external applications. Being a single-component product, it requires only water to prepare — delivering a smooth, weather-resistant finish in more than 15 colour shades.

Limitations:

  • Grouts for tiles are not replacements for waterproof membranes.
  • Do not use acidic cleaners as they can neutralize cement-based grouts.
  • Not recommended for industrial use where chemical exposure is high.
  • Not recommended for soft or delicate glazed tiles.

Available in 1 kg packs. Coverage depends on joint depth and width. Use the formula: Grout consumption (Kg/M²) = (L+W) × depth × width ÷ (L+width joint) × (W+width joint). Select pack quantities based on your calculated joint area.

Shelf Life

Shelf life of 12 months if stored in a cool and dry place. Also carries 24 months shelf life from date of manufacturing when stored in original sealed pack in a dry and closed place.

Application Notes

  • ●Mix ratio: 3 parts powder to 1 part water
  • ●Suitable for joint widths of 1–3 mm only
  • ●Apply between 10°C and 35°C ambient temperature
  • ●Light foot traffic allowed after 24 hours
