Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be requested and processed.

We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for all our customers. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase on the WeeFixX platform.

Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, the User may cancel the Transaction only unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform.

In the event a cancellation option is available, the cancellation will be subject to the specific terms mentioned on the Platform at the time of purchase. We retain full discretion in approving any cancellation requests.

We may ask for additional details before approving any cancellation request. Approval of a cancellation request is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Once you have received the product and/or service, refunds are only available in the following specific circumstance:

Eligible for Refund: The product and/or service received does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund: Change of mind, incorrect order placement by the user, or any reason other than a product/service mismatch from its stated description.

The key conditions for refund eligibility are:

  • The product or service received must materially differ from its description on the Platform
  • The refund request must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe (within 3 days from the date of Transaction)
  • Sufficient proof or documentation of the discrepancy must be provided upon request
  • The product must not have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Submit a Refund Request

Any request for refund must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days as prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.

Whether a refund will be provided will be determined entirely by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Our decision on refund requests shall be final and binding.

  1. We retain the sole and exclusive discretion to approve or reject any cancellation or refund request, regardless of the circumstances presented.
  2. Approval of a refund request for one transaction does not set a precedent or guarantee approval for future requests.
  3. We may require you to return the product in its original condition before processing a refund. Any shipping costs associated with the return may be at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.
  4. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, the sole remedy for a defective product or service is the refund process described in this Policy. We expressly disclaim liability for any losses beyond such refund.
